    Tea Practice & Tea Appreciation

This workshop is rich in content and highly engaging, making it particularly suitable for those interested in Chinese tea culture and healthy tea-drinking practices.

    1. The Origins and History of Tea: A Profound Influence on Humanity
Tea originated in China with a history that dates back approximately 5,000 years to the time of Shennong. As an integral part of Chinese culture, tea culture has continued uninterrupted for thousands of years and has spread worldwide. Why has tea culture endured for so long? What benefits has it brought to humanity?

    2. Tea Practice(行茶)and Tea Appreciation: The True Essence of Tea Culture
Cha Yuan's tea practice is different from typical tea art performances. It emphasizes the true essence of traditional tea culture—cultivating the mind and body. Through a focused process of brewing and tasting tea, one can restore physical health, nourish the spirit, develop self-awareness, and achieve a higher state of being.
This part will include a demonstration of tea brewing, starting with posture correction and breathing techniques, allowing you to get an idea about how to make a good cup of tea.
At the same time, we will let you experience the Clean & Clear Tea Appreciation session. You can enjoy the fragrant and intoxicating pure wild-grown tea specifically made by Cha Yuan. Let the soothing music, the dancing of the tea master’s hands and the chanting take you into a wonderful state of extreme relaxation of body and mind!

    3. Tea and Health: Tasting Real Tea and Dispelling Myths
Since ancient times, tea has been praised as the "medicine for all ailments" and the "king of all medicines." Tea also plays an essential role in Chinese people's daily life. However, many people today hesitate to drink tea, worrying about its effects on sleep, stomach discomfort, or even tea intoxication.
So, is tea beneficial or harmful to the human body? How to drink tea and let it bring out the best of our wellbeing? In this workshop, you will not only taste Cha Yuan's exclusive pure wild-grown tea but also gaining valuable health knowledge about tea consumption.
